We all need to pamper ourself and need to relax the streess we have in day to day life. Body spa is where we can spend time to relax ourself and our skin. By using ingredentis available in kitchen we can do spa at home and can get glowing body instead spending money at spas. If you are the busy mom you need sometime to relax your mind and skin. Since you don't have time to goto spas and spend time, it wont take more than 1 hour you can pamper yourself when your kids sleeping at noon.
- Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Honey - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil/ Almond oil/Baby oil/ Coconut oil - 4 tsp
- Papaya - 1 Cup ripped papaya
- Lime Juice - 1/4 Lemon Juice
Keep away your skin from clogging, sugar works well to cleanse completely, it can also help prevent further breakouts. Sugar moisturizes on its own.
Honey is know as natuaral cleanser which exfoliates your skin to bring out radiant and glowing complexion. It reduces scars and pigementation
Papaya benefits the skin and it is an effective fruit facial. Papaya not only cleanses the skin but it is also known for glowing the skin as it contains papain which promotes skin renewal and cell turnover. Papain in papaya benefits skin by exfoliating it to reveal new cells and soften at the same time. It is rich in vitamin A, E and C and anti-oxidants which moisturize the skin and clears it from dirt and dark spots. Papaya can be used as facial scrub or face mask to cure acne, tan on the face, aging skin etc.
The discoloration caused by scars, certain skin disorders and age spots can be diminished by applying lemon juice to the discolored area. Lemon juice has natural antibacterial properties that make it a good choice to help cure acne and prevent further breakouts. Using lemon juice on blackheads has been shown to reduce the frequency and severity of blackheads.Lemon juice is a natural exfoliant since the citric acid acts as a gentle "skin peel" that removes the top layer of dead skin cells. This will result in a smooth complexion when used regularly.using lemon juice on the skin may include brightening or lightening the skin, moisturizing and toning oily skin, and fighting wrinkles.
Steps to do Spa at home:-
To create spa environment play your faviorite music and light some aroma candeles on your bathroom.
Scrub: Mix Honey, brown sugar and Olive oil/Almond oil/Baby oil in a bowl
Body Mask: Grind ripe papaya and add lime juice
Wet your body and take scrub mixture in your palm and massage in a circular motion using fingertips all over body for 2 mins. relax yourself for 5 mins and rinse the scrub with warm water.
Apply Body mask massaging in circular motion using fingertips all over body and face for 2 mins. Relax yourself for 20 mins and rinse the body mask.
You can skip washing body with soap or body wash. If you feel oily you can wash your body and apply moisture. If you skip body wash don't need of moisture. Already we moisture our body lot.
You can see your body glowing naturally.
