Amla and Mint Juice for weight loss

Amla and Mint Juice we can have this juice in early morning in empty stomach which can be helped to reduce weight, improve skin, prevent premature gray. You can see good difference regular intake of 2 months.

The Health Benefits of Amla or Indian Gooseberry, it enrich hair growth, prevent premature gray, prevent dandruff, improves skin complextion and help to reduce weight.


Benefits of Mint, it help to improve the skin complextion, helps in digestion and help to reduce weight.



Juice recipe

Ingredients

Amla - 2
Mint Leaves - 10 leaves
Ginger - Pinch
Salt - Pinch
Water - 250 ml

Method

  1. Grind all ingredients in mixer, add water and blend in mixer for 30 sec.
  2. Strain the Juice and add salt per your taste.
